As part of a project aimed at
the development of the JAI.The JAI sends some of its members to
differnt part of India or foriegn graduate schools for training in
order to enhance journalists, professionalism and stengthen their
international perspective. As part of project, every year 10 member
journalist are to be send to overseas universities for in-depth
studies and 1o members sponsored continuing education at domestic
graduate schools.
OVERSEAS JOURNALIST CONGRESS
The JAI have invited scores of jounalists living abroad for a
trainging program. Through this effort, the JAI has formed a
worldwide network of overseas journalists, to encourage prompt
exchange of information and articles among themselves.
